Kaprix was founded by Sohail Sarwar ACCA qualified, holder of an MSc in Digital Business Management with Distinction, and two MicroMasters in Digital Leadership and Digital Product Management after years of watching the same patterns repeat across consulting engagements, AI vendor pitches, and transformation programs.
The patterns were familiar enough to predict. Strategy decks that gathered dust. AI tools that nobody adopted. Transformation programs that ended in change fatigue. Each failure had a different surface explanation, but a common structural cause: the firms that did the thinking didn't do the building, the firms that built didn't do the adoption work, and nobody owned the outcome that mattered to the client.
Kaprix was built to be a firm where thinking, building, and adoption are not separate practices and where the same team and the same lead carries an engagement from diagnostic through to capability transfer. It's not the most commercially efficient model. It's the one that produces work that lasts.

Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant
Sohail Sarwar is the founder of Kaprix Consulting, a Digital Business Transformation and Customer Experience strategist, business coach, and management consultant. He partners with SMEs, charities, coaches, consultants, agencies, and finance professionals to help them grow faster, simplify complexity, and unlock real value.
His professional background combines deep financial fluency with digital and transformation work. He is ACCA qualified, holds an MSc in Digital Business Management with Distinction, and two MicroMasters in Digital Leadership and Digital Product Management. His earlier career as an accountant grounds Kaprix's work in the financial discipline that distinguishes durable transformation from theatrical transformation.
His approach combines mastery thinking, marketing and messaging clarity, lean execution, and strategic frameworks held together by an obsession with results that hold up after the engagement closes. He works hands-on with founders and senior leaders, and leads the firm's institutional partnerships.
